All services to the public will be provided via phone, email or regular mail. In an effort to minimize the exposure to COVID-19 virus and help protect visitors and employees we have temporarily closed our facility.
Energy Assistance Customers!
Before downloading the application for Energy Assistance Please Read all instructions carefully!
Please call the Lake Community Action Agency LIHEAP Appointment Line for the Service Center nearest you on the following days to schedule an appointment to receive an application by mail or apply through our Online application. Applications for assistance will only be received by mail or Online through an appointment line intake.
Applications completed without an appointment will not be accepted for processing.
Step 1: Call the appointment line on:
Mondays 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. and Thursdays 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
(OR UNTIL ALL APPOINTMENTS HAVE REACHED WEEKLY CAPACITY)

A live operator will be available for individuals who require assistance with the application process by mail, email or Online submission.
Step 2: Completing the Online Application
All online applications must be signed/completed and submitted by the appointment date scheduled. Online Applications not completed or received by due date will be denied and a new call to the appointment line will be required. No Exceptions!!
