Date: January 26, 2022 Title: School Readiness/ VPK Teachers Reports to: Center Director Salary Range: Contact Human Resources Purpose and Position:
The individual in this position is responsible for providing a nurturing and safe environment conducive for learning for the child so that the maximum level of education is achieved. This individual is also responsible for providing school readiness and character building to the children in the classroom. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Conduct on-going observation and recording of each child to determine developmental need status.
Assess each child utilizing the Agency’s assessment tool and use results to develop individual plans.
Develop lesson plans that conform to both the individual needs of the children, the Agency’s curriculum guide and integrate other components.
Implement activities as outlined in the lesson plan, both indoor and outdoor.Inform parents of educational on-going activities, progress of child and individual developmental needs. Conduct conferences with parents on a regular basis when additional parental assistance is needed in IEP development and implementation.
Provide mainstreaming opportunities and activities for children with disabling conditions and participate in the IEP staffing of disabled children. Maintain arrangement of the classroom to ensure that learning centers, teaching aids, and equipment is inviting to the children and stimulates their interest through supervised use. Plan and implement enrichment activities for children to include field trips to reinforce learning units and to broaden the child’s experience. Maintain all required program director.
Skill and Knowledge

Date: March 28, 2023 Title: COMMUN ITY SERVICES SPECIALIST LIHEAP Reports to: Director of Program Operations Salary Range: $14 to $15 Purpose and Position:
This staff person shall function as a client intake specialist in the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), having primary responsibilities for providing energy assistance to potential clients. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: This staff person shall be responsible for working directly with the client to provide for the energy assistance needs of the client.
It shall be the responsibility of this staff person to ensure that all necessary documents are obtained during the client intake process, link the client to any necessary resources to obtain assistance, provide client referrals, participate in any agency out-reach efforts to enhance program services and delivery, and ensure that all files are submitted to program manger for review and filing to ensure program compliance.
Skill and Knowledge
Requirements: Must be computer literate – experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Good Communication skills. Must have a valid Florida operator’s license and access to an automobile. Must possess knowledge of the assigned area. Must be able to travel in and out of county as necessary. Education and Experiential

Date: May 01, 2023 Title: COMMUN ITY SERVICES SPECIALIST CSBG Reports to: Director of Program Operations Salary Range: $14 to $15 Hr. Purpose and Position:
This staff person shall function as a client intake specialist in the Community Services Block Grant Program (CSBG), having primary responsibilities for providing energy assistance to potential clients. This person is responsible for working at the community level to assist in providing support services to clients that will lead to self-sufficiency. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: 1.Communicate the goals of the work program to the community.
2.Determining the nature of clients/families situation by interviewing and assessing all information.
3.Utilizing outreach to contact the low-income population.
4.Mobilizing available community-wide resources through partnership to assist in meeting needs of the clients/families.
5.Introducing the Family Self-Sufficiency Plan for participation.
6.Obtaining assistance for clients/families by partnering with community resources to meet their total needs. Provide direct services/referrals as applicable.
7.Maintain a file on each family serviced with required documentation contained therein.
8.Monitor the progress of FSSP families for six months and documenting the same.
9.Assure that the objectives of the work plan are achieved.
10.Maintain family confidence by keeping all information received confidential.
11. Assist in conducting surveys as needed.
12.Preparing and submitting monthly & quarterly reports to Director of Community Services.
13.Market program as required, via flyers, announcement, etc.
14.Perform other related duties as assigned.
